Toddler packed lunch

Toddler packed lunches can be healthy and quick to make.

Here is what we had this week.

Hard boiled egg, rice cake and cheese, apple, carrot and blueberries.

The easiest lunch by far has been cold pasta; made the day before with pesto sauce and grated courgette.

The first day she ate her pasta with cashew nuts, popcorn, grapefruit and blueberries.

The second day she had blueberries, apple and chunks of cheddar cheese.
