Advice on Breakfast Cereals

We all know how easy it is to give our children a bowl of cereal on a morning because it is speedy and they seem to be full of fibre and energy.


Be careful, most cereals aimed at children are full of sugar and they have no nutritional value at all. I have scanned the supermarket aisles for healthy cereals but I have pretty much decided that the only ones that I can give my little one are Wholewheat Cheerios or Wheatabix. Most other cereals have such a high sugar content that I would never give them to my child.
